Billing Menu

Selected from the main Visual Traffic menus screen, the Billing Menu in contains items related to invoicing.

• Accept Logs opens the Accept Logs Dialog, used to accept the official logs of a statement group, posting the spots on those logs onto invoices.
• Edit/Create Invoices opens the Edit/Create Invoices dialog, where you can manually create new invoices or edit those that already exist.
• Print Invoices opens a two-item sub-menu:
• • Current opens the Invoice Batch Print Processing Options dialog used to print invoices for the current month or billing period.
  • Historical opens the Invoice History Batch Print Processing Options dialog, used to print invoices for past months or billing periods.
• Commit Invoices opens the Commit Invoices dialog, which essentially closes the current billing month or period, moves current invoices into history, and updates all the relative data files and historical detail.
