AEs now have convenient access to outstanding balances for their accounts directly through the PayNow Traffic Portal, enhancing support for accounts receivable and collections management. Scroll down to see all the new features and functionality.

Access the collections tool under the A/R menu.

Traffic Portal admins can give users access to the collections tool by granting permissions to A/R in the Users menu.

Collections Page

The collections tool lets you see all your clients’ balances and aging data at a glance.

You can switch between PayNow payment accounts if your company has more than one.

Filter by client type, aging bucket, stations and more.

Click “Filter” to run the report.

A/R Aging Data

See total amounts of all outstanding invoices in aging buckets, including unapplied credits.

A green icon indicates that the client is activated for PayNow, meaning they can make electronic payments on past-due accounts.

If the advertiser or agency has an account in the Advertising Portal, their EI code is shown.

If the client has a payment, credit or pre-payment that has not yet been applied, that amount is shown in the Unapplied Credits column.

The aging columns represent how old the outstanding balances are relative to the current month, previous month and older.

If your company uses Marketron Traffic or Visual Traffic, the collections tool is restricted by salesperson and/or station based on security settings in the traffic system. A red icon next to the PayNow column indicates that some or all data may be incomplete due to these restrictions.

Click on a client’s name to see details about their outstanding balances.

Client Detail Data

You can filter the client detail page by station, salesperson and aging bucket, including zero-balance transactions if needed.

Each outstanding transaction shows the month it was originally due.

If your company uses PayNow, click the dollar icon to process a PayNow payment on behalf of the client.

If your company uses PayNow, click the link icon to copy a PayNow guest checkout link to send to the client.

Contact Information

Open a panel to see the client’s contact information.

The top part of the panel shows the client’s name and any of their contacts in the traffic system.

The bottom part of the panel shows contact information on the client’s Advertising Portal account.

You can launch an email to a contact to send a payment request and guest checkout link if needed.
