Remarks Tab
The Remarks tab contains the following areas:

- Additional Notes to be Printed on the Contract - Use this field to enter any extra text you want the client to see on the printed broadcast contract/confirmation. This information will also appear on the printed sales order.
- Standard Remarks - Select any or all of your station's standard remarks by clicking once on the remark to highlight it. These remarks will be printed on the sales order, broadcast contract/ confirmation, and invoice.
- Internal notes to Traffic - Use this field to enter any internal text or message you want attached to the order. This text will also be visible in the Message box of the Approval dialog box and in the order details area in Document Manager.
- User Fields - If your station management has activated the user-defined fields feature, enter the appropriate text in fields 1, 2, or 3. Any text that initially appears in a field is default text that is often used to indicate what kind of information should be typed into the field. Edit this default text as needed, and change the default Print on Contract and Print on Invoice settings if necessary. These fields are optional, and if used, can be displayed in Document Manager and on reports.
