Approval Queue Dialog

Visual Traffic allows you to enter orders that require approval by station personnel before they are allowed to schedule. The Order Approval Queue dialog allows authorized users to approve an order, view its status, determine who granted approval, and see when the approval was given. This is also where orders due for renewal (Is TFN) appear and where you extend these orders.

In addition, you may directly access the Advertiser, Order, Agency and Salesperson dialogs for the order. Finally, you can run a Credit Policy Check on the advertiser at any time.

Orders can be flagged by the system for approval if the Advertiser is set to require order approval, if the Salesperson issuing the order is flagged to require approval or if the order violates a credit policy limit.

The ability to access the Approval Queue, and to approve orders or clear the queue can be controlled via the Visual Traffic Security functions accessed from VT Utilities.
