An AvailSet is a grouping of one or more avails. They are sometimes called "breaks" or "stopsets". Whatever you call them, an AvailSet contains the avails into which spots are placed.
When you add a new AvailSet to a template or a log, you set the parameters of the AvailSet on this dialog.
