Print Menu

The Print menu lets you view or print several log and avail status reports. All reports are first sent to the screen Preview, from which they can be printed to paper if needed. Of course, the Print Preview window can be treated like any of the other floating windows you can have in the Log Editor, so you can just keep it open and refer to it as needed.

• Log – opens a six-item submenu:
• Official Log – opens the Report Options dialog for Logs - Official Format, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Official Log (Landscape) – opens the Report Options dialog for Logs - Official Format (Landscape), preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Official Log w/Live Script – opens the Report Options dialog for Logs - Official Format w/Live Script, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Official Log w/Live Script (Landscape) – opens the Report Options dialog for Logs - Official Format w/Live Script (Landscape), preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Work Log – pens the Report Options dialog for Logs – Work Format, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Work Log (Landscape) – opens the Report Options dialog for Logs - Work Format (Landscape), preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Log Avails Status – opens a three-item submenu:
• Open Avails – opens the Report Options dialog for the Log Avails Status (Open Avails) report, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Scheduled Avails – opens the Report Options dialog for the Log Avails Status (Scheduled Avails) report, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Scheduled and Open – opens the Report Options dialog for the Log Avails Status (Scheduled and Open) report, preconfigured for the date of the current log.
• Bumped Spots Listing – opens the Report Options dialog for the Bumped Spots Listing, preconfigured for the current log.
• Log Conflicts – opens the Report Options dialog for the Log Conflicts report, preconfigured for the current log.
• Cart/Copy Missing (by Station/Date/Advertiser) – opens the Report Options dialog for the Cart/Copy Missing (by Station/Date/Advertiser) report, preconfigured to show just spots from the current log with no copy assigned.
• Spot Placement Discrepancy – opens the Report Options dialog for the Spot Placement Discrepancy report, preconfigured for the current log.
• Daily Roster – opens the Report Options dialog for the Daily Copy Roster report, preconfigured for the current log.

There are additional log-related reports that can be printed from the VT Reports Center.
