When you select a Log Event in the Log Editor, one of the things you can do from the right-click menu is edit the event. An event is edited on the dialog above, which is much like the dialog used to define the event in the first place. Changes made to this event will apply to this use of the event on this log, and will not affect the event as used elsewhere.
