The Journal Maintenance dialog is provided so you may view all or selected groups of available A/R journal entries. Every dollar figure that goes through VT billing and Accounts Receivable belongs to an account listed in the Chart of Accounts and is available for viewing as journal entries once the items have been posted. In addition, this dialog allows you to clear journal entries and to create export files for use with other programs such as QuickBooks™, databases and spreadsheets. No journal entries may be changed in this dialog.
