Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Michael Collins, formerly CEO of Adelphic, a demand-side platform acquired by Time Inc., brings years of relevant experience to the role. Prior to Adelphic, Collins founded and led Joule, WPP’s global mobile advertising agency network. Earlier in his career he was partner and co-founder of Arkose Consulting assisting enterprise managements in enhancing shareholder value through the application of Internet and Mobile technologies. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he is highly regarded in the application of technology for practical return on investments across several industries.

Deborah Esayian

Chief Revenue Officer

As chief revenue officer, Deborah Esayian oversees the sales and business development operations of all of Marketron’s product lines including Radio Traffic and Digital. A former product manager with Procter & Gamble and Novartis, she guided the growth of several popular consumer brands in the OTC and packaged goods industries. In 1994, she founded Next Generation Radio, a new business development enterprise that returned millions in lost business to the industry. She has managed radio stations and sales teams and, over the past 10 years, trained and developed over 4,000 salespeople, publishers, editors and managers in local media across the globe in using creative engagement solution techniques to monetize their websites. Deborah holds a B.S.N. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Broadcasting, she is the recipient of many industry awards recognizing her crossover skills and experience in sales, marketing and software technology.

Martin Kristiseter

SVP Digital

As Senior Vice President of Digital, Martin Kristiseter is responsible for the product direction and sales of the Marketron Digital solution. Kristiseter brings extensive knowledge of the mobile media landscape and the successful integration of mobile with traditional media. Prior to joining Marketron, Kristiseter was the founder and president of mSnap, a leading mobile advertising solution provider and the largest broadcast-based mobile ad network, that was acquired by Marketron in 2010. Kristiseter received a bachelor in business administration and master’s in business administration, both from the University of Colorado.

Jeff London

SVP Client Services

As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Jeff London oversees Marketron’s best-in-class implementations and training, support services and information technology functions. Focused on ensuring that Marketron offers a world-class service experience to its clients, London brings a decade of practical experience and success in a breadth of roles at Marketron, including product management, customer support, implementations, continuous improvement, human resources, marketing, quality control, business operations and analysis, contract management and client relations. Prior to joining Marketron, London led and managed business operations for media companies in the Internet, print and broadcast industries. London graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho with degrees in Marketing, Human Resources Management and Small Business Management.

Matt Wellner

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Matt Wellner has over 10 years of financial and accounting experience. Matt’s wholesale and retail experience have enabled him to provide unique insights into Marketron’s business. He joined the Marketron team in 2014 and has been influential in instituting polices that streamline processes and reduce costs. Matt began his career at Eddie Bauer as a financial analyst in the retail operations department. He then leveraged his strong retail background to obtain a role as Controller at SCOTT Sports SA. Matt spent 7 years at SCOTT and was exposed to the wholesale business in the outdoor sports market. He had the opportunity to work with subsidiaries throughout the globe and played a significant role in strategic M&A. Matt earned a BS in Economics from Willamette University and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Regis University.
