Jim Howard

Chief Executive Officer

Jim has 25 years of leadership in technology and software companies.  He co-led the process to acquire Marketron as part of Diversis Capital, where he spent the past three years as an operating partner, board member and advisor.    Jim was the founder and CEO of CrownPeak Technology, the first cloud provider of Web Content Management.  Prior to that, Jim worked for USWeb/CKS and successor company MarchFIRST, where he rose to Partner and then ran sales and subsequently operations for the Western US.   In the late 90’s, Jim was a founding member of one of the first Internet technology companies, W3-design.  He holds special advisory and board roles for several prominent software companies and is on the advisory committee for Santa Monica-based incubators Amplify and Mucker Labs.  Jim studied chemistry and economics the University of Delaware.

Jimshade Chaudhari

SVP Product

As Senior Vice President of Product, Jimshade is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, user experience and customer adoption across Marketron’s portfolio of products.  Jimshade brings extensive product experience in the mobile, entertainment, and video streaming areas.  The products he’s worked on have received numerous accolades, including “Best of Show at CES” and “CES Best Video Product”. Prior to joining Marketron, he spent the last decade leading product organizations in highly competitive industries, most recently as the Vice President of Product and Partnerships for Sling TV, the nation’s first and leading live OTT streaming service.  His past experiences include product, marketing, and business development roles at DISH Network and Sprint. He holds an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from Brown University.

Mike Jackson

SVP Engineering

As Senior Vice-President of Engineering, Mike Jackson oversees all of Marketron’s engineering team and efforts. Jackson brings extensive experience building and improving software products with distributed agile teams. Under his leadership, Marketron creates world-class software that will help our customers succeed in a fast-changing marketplace. Prior to Marketron, Mike was the VP, Software Engineering at Pearson, the leader in learning technology, where he oversaw global software engineering. Jackson has also held leadership positions developing industry leading enterprise software products at Oracle, Peoplesoft and J.D. Edwards. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado.

Todd Kalman

SVP Sales

As Senior Vice-President of Sales, Todd Kalman oversees revenue development, sales and account management across all of Marketron’s product lines.  With over 20 years of senior radio sales leadership for iHeartMedia and CBS Radio, Todd knows every aspect of the broadcast business including National, Local, Digital, Programming and Operations which translates into customizing the best solutions to meet each Marketron client’s needs, as well as helping shape Marketron’s pipeline of products and services for optimal client benefit.  Todd has trained and mentored hundreds of sales people, driven station revenues to exceed budget and is always eager to use his experience to help clients achieve success.  Todd holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and has long served on the board of Suicide Awareness Voices of Education.

Jeff London

SVP Client Services

As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Jeff London oversees Marketron’s best-in-class implementations and training, support services and information technology functions. Focused on ensuring that Marketron offers a world-class service experience to its clients, London brings a decade of practical experience and success in a breadth of roles at Marketron, including product management, customer support, implementations, continuous improvement, human resources, marketing, quality control, business operations and analysis, contract management and client relations. Prior to joining Marketron, London led and managed business operations for media companies in the Internet, print and broadcast industries. London graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho with degrees in Marketing, Human Resources Management and Small Business Management.

Matt Wellner

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Matt Wellner has over 10 years of financial and accounting experience. Matt’s wholesale and retail experience have enabled him to provide unique insights into Marketron’s business. He joined the Marketron team in 2014 and has been influential in instituting polices that streamline processes and reduce costs. Matt began his career at Eddie Bauer as a financial analyst in the retail operations department. He then leveraged his strong retail background to obtain a role as Controller at SCOTT Sports SA. Matt spent 7 years at SCOTT and was exposed to the wholesale business in the outdoor sports market. He had the opportunity to work with subsidiaries throughout the globe and played a significant role in strategic M&A. Matt earned a BS in Economics from Willamette University and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Regis University.
